ABOUT CASA LILI
This charming two bedroom, one and a half bathroom home is nestled at the end of a private cul-de-sac in North Guiones—just steps from the vibrant beach scene and local action. With its original "Costa Rican" design, Casa Lili exudes the character and warmth that make you feel truly on vacation in Nosara. Surrounded by untamed jungle bordering a national reserve (owned by the NCA), you have direct footpaths to the beach during the dry season on one side, and popular restaurants and shops on the other.

ON THE INSIDE
Inside, you'll find an open-plan living and kitchen area with tile floors that flow effortlessly into each space.
• The master bedroom features a king-size bed and an ensuite bathroom
• The guest bedroom is outfitted with one full bed and one twin bed, with a half bathroom conveniently located between the kitchen and guest room
• Although there's no AC, ample shade and ceiling fans keep the space comfortable
Additional highlights include hot water for showers (note: the kitchen does not have hot water) and a clothesline for drying, as the dryer is currently out of service.

ON THE OUTSIDE
Step outside to enjoy a private driveway off a quiet back street and an outdoor shower perfect for rinsing off after a day in the sun. The fully covered patio—complete with ceiling fans and rocking chairs—provides a relaxing retreat in any weather, while a beautiful garden frames the pool (please note, the pool light is not functioning).

LOCATION IS EVERYTHING
Casa Lili is perfectly situated in North Playa Guiones, surrounded by everything you need—restaurants, tour bookings, supermarkets, surf schools, massage services, and shopping. Best of all, you're less than a 5-minute walk from the Playa Guiones beach entrance, ensuring beach adventures are always within easy reach.

LOCAL QUIRKS – IMPORTANT INFORMATION ABOUT THIS AREA OF COSTA RICA

While Costa Rica's infrastructure is steadily improving, it's important to note that some things are beyond our control. During your stay, you may experience occasional dust, bugs, and power, water, or internet outages. These are common in the area and part of the experience of immersing yourself in a different country and culture.

If staying connected is essential during your visit, we recommend looking into internet data plans available through your cellular provider. Additionally, please be aware that Playa Guiones, Playa Pelada, and surrounding areas of Nosara are rapidly growing communities, which means construction noise may be present between 6 a.m. and 5 p.m. We make every effort to keep our guests informed about ongoing construction that may impact their stay, but unfortunately, we do not always receive advance notice of new projects.

Regarding plumbing, please note that the septic system in Nosara does not allow toilet paper to be flushed (with a few exceptions). We kindly ask that you adhere to this guideline during your stay.

We are committed to providing the best possible experience, but we want to ensure that all guests are aware of these local quirks before booking. Refunds and concessions will not be provided for the above-mentioned issues, as they are beyond the control of the homeowner and property manager. If you have any questions or concerns, don’t hesitate to reach out before booking.

IMPORTANT NOTICE

We want to ensure that your stay in Nosara is safe and enjoyable. Like many beach communities, petty theft can occasionally be an issue in the area. Your safety and peace of mind are our top priorities, so we kindly ask that you take the following precautions during your stay:

• Always keep doors and windows locked when you're away from the property and at night. If your sliding doors or windows have security bars, please ensure they are in place. If you cannot find the bars, contact us as soon as possible.

• Never leave valuables or personal items unattended when you leave the house, including electronics, identification, and anything else of apparent value.

• Do not leave valuables in your car while you’re out, and avoid leaving anything on your front or back patios unattended.

• If your property has a security alarm, always set it when you leave, even for short periods of time.

While a security guard is not included with your rental, we can arrange for one upon request. If you'd like to hire a security guard for part or all of your stay, please let us know during the booking process and specify the hours you'd like covered.

Please be aware that, even with these precautions in place, theft can still occur in Nosara. Rent Nosara, the homeowner, and the property manager are not responsible for any loss of items due to theft.
