Guests can enjoy the best of both worlds: the vibrant energy of Guiones and the quiet serenity of Nosara’s lush jungle surroundings.
LOCAL QUIRKS | WHAT TO EXPECT
Life in Nosara is relaxed and full of charm — but it comes with a few quirks! You may experience dust, bugs, or brief power, water, or internet outages. Construction noise is also possible between 6 a.m. and 5 p.m. as the area continues to grow.
If reliable internet is essential, consider adding a mobile data plan. Please note that local septic systems don’t allow toilet paper to be flushed — bins are provided.
These are normal aspects of life in Costa Rica and outside our control, so refunds aren’t offered for such occurrences.
SAFETY & CANCELLATION
While we honor our cancellation policy, processing fees are non-refundable for guest-initiated cancellations.
Petty theft can occur, so please keep doors locked, valuables secured, and use alarms or security bars when available. A private guard can be arranged upon request.
Even with precautions, theft can happen. Rent Nosara, the homeowner, and the property manager cannot be held responsible for lost items.

My family and I absolutely loved staying at this house. The location was excellent, just a few minutes to drive down the hill to the beaches. It was one of the nicest houses I have stayed in. The home was designed so well. Extremely spacious rooms. Absolutely loved the swimming pool and the view. The kitchen was incredible. It is so perfect for either a couple, a family, two couples. I would 100% rent the house again if I was in Nosara.

We absolutely loved the house. The privacy was unreal, the views were beautiful, and the house was more than we ever expected. It truly had everything we needed.The kitchen was huge, the layout was amazing, and having a washer and dryer was super convenient. We used the grill a couple of times—it was brand new, clean, and worked perfectly. The second-floor pool was such a cool touch and something we really enjoyed.We had an amazing time and would 100% stay here again. Highly recommend.

Perfect house for an unforgettable vacation. Home is clean and well equipped. We did not cook but the kitchen seems well equipped. Weekly housecleaning is a nice perk.

My boyfriend and I loved our stay at Casa Blue Sol!
My boyfriend and I loved our stay at Casa Blue Sol! Pictures don’t do it justice. The space is large with plenty of areas to relax. The kitchen was fully stocked with utensils and cookware which made it easy to cook at home. The views are breathtaking. Sunrise comes through the big windows and sunset by the pool, with a view of the ocean in the distance. The AC in the bedroom was perfect and we left the fans on in the living room which was very comfortable. Plenty of beach towels. About 5 min drive to the downtown area which was easy with plenty of amazing restaurants. Hosts were extremely responsive and helpful and also notified us when the pool and house cleaners were coming. We felt right at home and had a great week!

The Property Management Company named Rent Nosara was fabulous.
The Property Management Company named Rent Nosara was fabulous. They were responsive and the maintenance staff were professional and very helpful. We highly recommend the property management company who managed this airbnb home. However the house itself we do not recommend for rental. There is no air conditioning in the main house area and it was an unbearable steam room with windows throughout, sun pouring in and no blinds. There were 3 broken windows that could not be closed, which led to significant noise and concern during heavy winds- not to mention the bird that flew in (safely removed by us). The pool broke twice during our stay and had to be fixed(excellent staff from Rent Nosara fixed this). The glass sliding door to the pool deck had to be repaired during our stay. Of less importance, the blender did not work and when in Nosara with loads of healthy fruit, this was unfortunate. The poolside deck is small and seats/ loungers for only 2 people.

We had an amazing 3 weeks at Casa Blue Sol
We had an amazing 3 weeks at Casa Blue Sol. What made our trip extra special was the constant support from Paulina at Rent Nosara. She was responsive and always willing to help.The house is beautiful and very spacious.There were elements to improve the stay. Paulina was helpful to fix some of them. One element you should know if you are planning an extended stay is that there is only AC in the bedrooms and the main room gets pretty hot during the day. You will also need a car if you stay at that location. Although close to the beach, walking is not an option due to road conditions.

We LOVED this house.
We took our family to Nosara for a week over new years and stayed here. We have three children 9,12 & 14. They all shared the room downstairs and my husband and I stayed upstairs. The house was even nicer than the photos which never happens! We LOVED this house. Just a short drive to the beach. It up a short hill with views and feels like youre in the jungle which we loved. Being away from the hustle and bustle of the "downtown" area was so nice. The kids loved the pool. It really felt like a vacation. The towels were nice and they even had a great drying rack for our hang dry laundry and beach drying type things. I would go stay there again for sure.

An absolutely beautiful villa in a perfect location
An absolutely beautiful villa in a perfect location overlooking the forest and ocean. We had a wonderful stay at the Airbnb and RentNosara did a great job with promptly communicating with us about any questions during our stay. All appliances, TV, AC worked great, and while you need a car, the gravel driveway and entrance are relatively well paved and accessible. An absolutely beautiful home worth every penny for your next vacation. Thank you!

This was a beautiful, modern home with all the privacy yet close to town, beaches and everything
This was a beautiful, modern home with all the privacy yet close to town, beaches and everything you would need while vacationing near Playa Guiones / Nosara!! We were between the beach & the pool daily. Though A/C was not in the main living area, the outdoor patio & pool truly allowed us to appreciate the outdoor/indoor living in Costa Rica while soaking in the comforts of A/C while we slumbered and relaxed. RentNosara was incredibly responsive and ensured any questions we had, were quickly addressed. Thanks for ensuring we felt at home!
