SAFETY PRECAUTIONS

This stunning newly built home has been thoughtfully designed with guest comfort, privacy, and relaxation in mind. For safety reasons, diving or jumping into the pool is strictly prohibited due to limited water depth. Failure to follow this guideline may result in serious injury, and guests assume full responsibility for any unsafe pool activities.

LOCATION IS EVERYTHING

Nosara Estates | Hills of Delicias-San Juan | Nosara, Costa Rica

Steady As We Go is located within Nosara Estates, a peaceful new hillside community just a 20-minute drive from Playa Garza and a 30-minute drive to the amenities of Guiones. Overlooking the Pacific Ocean and lush tropical landscapes of Nosara, the area offers a quieter, more secluded experience while still being within a short drive of Nosara’s surf breaks, yoga studios, restaurants, and beaches.

This part of Costa Rica embraces a more adventurous and authentic lifestyle, where scenic dirt roads wind through the hills and jungle, adding to the area’s natural charm and beauty.

Please note the villa is located on a mountainside with sections of unimproved, single-lane roads. A 4x4 vehicle is strongly recommended for ease of travel, especially during the green/rainy season. Many residents and visitors use this route daily without issue, but confidence in mountain driving is helpful.

LOCAL QUIRKS | WHAT TO EXPECT

Life in Nosara is relaxed and full of charm — but it comes with a few quirks! You may experience dust, bugs, or brief power, water, or internet outages. Construction noise is also possible between 6 a.m. and 5 p.m. as the area continues to grow.

If reliable internet is essential, consider adding a mobile data plan. Please note that local septic systems don’t allow toilet paper to be flushed — bins are provided.

These are normal aspects of life in Costa Rica and outside our control, so refunds aren’t offered for such occurrences.

SAFETY & CANCELLATION

While we honor our cancellation policy, processing fees are non-refundable for guest-initiated cancellations.

Petty theft can occur, so please keep doors locked, valuables secured, and use alarms or security barswhen available. A private guard can be arranged upon request.

Even with precautions, theft can happen. Rent Nosara, the homeowner, and the property manager cannot be held responsible for lost items.
