The open-concept design features tasteful furnishings and high-end finishes throughout. The lower level flows effortlessly to a breathtaking infinity-edge pool, while an adjacent wall opens to a fully equipped outdoor kitchen and barbecue area. This creates a spacious, uninterrupted indoor-outdoor living area, ideal for relaxing, entertaining, or simply taking in the stunning surroundings.

The outdoor kitchen includes: Two beverage refrigerators, barware, dishes, and utensils, barbecue grill.

Guests enjoy access to the new Jungle Club community center, offering inviting lounge spaces, a state-of-the-art fitness center, a commercial kitchen, tennis courts, and a beautiful open-air yoga shala.

Guests have access to the entire house. The home is fully equipped. Every towel, every utensil, bedding, furniture, and appliances.

There is an elevator accessible from the carport that travels to the second floor. The elevator requires an additional security deposit and an executed disclaimer document.

An all-wheel drive vehicle is a must. You will navigate some winding roads that can be rather rough. As you make your way up the mountain you will experience show stopping views of the jungle and pacific coastline. Take your time and embrace the experience, knowing that there is ample reward for your journey.

It is highly recommended that you rent a four-wheel drive vehicle to get around the house area. There is a carport to park the car.

The journey to La Perla Negra is part of the experience! While you’ll be driving through scenic winding mountain roads, the development itself is fully paved for a smoother arrival. We recommend an all-wheel drive vehicle for comfort, and along the way, you’ll be treated to sweeping views of the jungle and Pacific coastline. Take your time, enjoy the ride, and know that the destination is absolutely worth it.

LOCAL QUIRKS | WHAT TO EXPECT

Life in Nosara is relaxed and full of charm — but it comes with a few quirks! You may experience dust, bugs, or brief power, water, or internet outages. Construction noise is also possible between 6 a.m. and 5 p.m. as the area continues to grow.

If reliable internet is essential, consider adding a mobile data plan. Please note that local septic systems don’t allow toilet paper to be flushed — bins are provided.

These are normal aspects of life in Costa Rica and outside our control, so refunds aren’t offered for such occurrences.

SAFETY & CANCELLATION

While we honor our cancellation policy, processing fees are non-refundable for guest-initiated cancellations.

Petty theft can occur, so please keep doors locked, valuables secured, and use alarms or security bars when available. A private guard can be arranged upon request.

Even with precautions, theft can happen. Rent Nosara, the homeowner, and the property manager cannot be held responsible for lost items.
